@CoxComm I will never recommend cox to anyone. Signed up today then cancelled bc my internet wasn’t working (spent a long time chatting with various reps) and they wanted to charge me $100 for a technician to come out. I have never dealt with anything like this before.

@ERLicensing Good afternoon. I bought the sound check package for the 11/25 show but have not received any emails with instructions regarding how to get into the sound check.  The concert is in a little over 24 hours.  don’t even know time the sound check is. Please advise.

@united Arrived on 3719 from Indianapolis and have been sitting on the tarmac for almost 45 minutes bc no gates. How long are we going to sit here. I’m typing this while on the tarmac. Finally get to just shy of the gate (112) and no ground crew. We landed over an hour ago!

@LisaWhi65161624 @FlyFrontier That’s why I dont and won’t fly frontier airlines. They got rid of their CS phone number. They keep charging my credit card for discount den but I have not flown Frontier for several years-and I have attempted to cancel it several times.

@FlyFrontier my credit card was charged a yearly fee for discount den. I have attempted to cancel my membership several times but yet I keep getting charged. I have to keep disputing the charge on my credit card bc you guys keep charging it without my permission.

@jellymintsuga @Ticketmaster Can’t say I’ve waited that long so far but Ticketmaster has been dragging their feet in issuing a refund of close to $600 for my KISS tickets for a concert that was canceled. Considering either disputing the cc charge or suing them.

@Ticketmaster I wouldn’t order any tickets from Ticketmaster. They take your money immediately after you hit buy but drag their feet when obligated to issue a refund for a cancelled concert. (KISS Las Vegas). Not the only one with the same issue.

@BestBuySupport finally got done with the chat rep from Best Buy and was told I would receive my order today by 9pm. (Have the screen shot to prove it). PROBLEM: fedex site says I won’t receive it until tomorrow by 9pm. Best Buy cannot get its act together. Advice:shop others
