@realDonaldTrump The fact your putting your petty loneliness together with the countries politics in same paragraph sums up your pathetic attempt to be a president .
Markets stage one of worst Christmas Eves ever, closing down more than 600 points as Trump blames Fed for stock losses in a tweet - The Washington Post https://t.co/LZqpar2eL5
You have the most dangerous imaginable president: a malign moron who believes he knows best. Pray that there is someone somewhere in the White House who can keep Trump from taking the world down with him as seeks to save himself. I’m not hopeful.
For all the reports of a fuming president alarmed at possible impeachment, Trump rarely expresses such specific anxiety aloud. Instead he expresses frustration, anger, mania, which aides read like tea leaves to discern what lies beneath. @maggieNYT https://t.co/FWJJIWAKu1
Trump has shut down the government. The stock market is in free-fall. No one is in charge of the Justice Department. Trump has foresaken our allies. Thousands of children are being warehoused on our border. The hatefulness, cruelty and greed is staggering.
@realDonaldTrump I’m an unemployed single parent who lives 10 miles from an international border, and the only thing that scares me right now is you! #TrumpResign
NEW: Syria, Mattis, the shutdown and, most of all, Trump’s underlying conduct is rattling Republicans, including some who’ve not been very critical.
It’s clear, they say, he took no lessons from the midterm losses

And House members have been advised to stay through the weekend, but they no longer expect votes tonight. With members and senators heading home, expect a shutdown tonight.
The chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee revealed on Friday that the U.S. military was planning a “major clearing operation” targeting ISIS before Trump decided abruptly this week to withdraw forces from Syria https://t.co/nBkkz6tJM0
Trump "hates" the Mattis resignation letter, I'm told. But he "hates" the coverage of the letter even more as he doesn't like the suggestion that Mattis, as well as other senior members of the admin, exist as a check on his go it alone impulses.
First, we learned the Trump Administration did not keep track of the children they separated from families.
Now, we learn that the Secretary of Homeland Security can’t even say how many people have died in their custody.
This is a profound indictment of an unconscionable policy

A new species of dinosaur has been discovered in the Sahara Desert. It's an extremely rare discovery because dino fossils are not known to be in that part of the world.
Despite Trump saying he would proudly shut down the government over border security, his VP, incoming chief of staff and son-in-law/senior adviser are shuttling around Capitol Hill now. The possibility of a compromise is revived. Lots of doubt one will come by midnight, though.
