@LiveLawIndia Hi I booked ola electric bike in Aug6th 2023 with full amount of 1.25L for booking and they given expected delivery date as 19Sep but suddenly today they intimating the delivery will be 10th oct. Can I sue them before law @OlaElectric

@OlaElectric So if I realise that it is not worth the wait means r you gonna refund me the amount? Don't be rubbish if u r not capable of planning well in advance see to it first. Don't reply sarcastically @bhash bookings are done inAug and got delivery dates for it but now 1month xtra late
