@parcelforce I have had a parcel in your Coventry distribution center for over a week I paid extra for this to be a quick delivery. I have phoned on Tues 23rd May, and still no movement of the parcel this is unacceptable I needed this package last week.

@parcelforce Iβm having issues with a delivery that your driver βattemptedβ to deliver. I was home all day and didnβt hear anyone outside. When I went out to wave the driver down, he looked at me and drove away

@rebecca_ryder21@parcelforce My safe place was apparently my local Post Office. I have Ring doorbell. They never even attempted to deliver it. The Post Office isnβt my safe place. Hopeless doesnβt describe it.

@parcelforce Ask your drivers not to sit in their vans, engine turning over pumping out noise & fumes for over 30 mins while they sit there doing god knows what? And can you answer your CS calls please. Gave up waiting & listening to your promise of doing your best for all of your customers.

@parcelforce shocking service and attitude on the phone from one of your agents today, I now have 5 reference numbers 2 claims numbers zero response to emails in a priority service. #killingsmallbusinesses one parcel at a time.
