@PassportIRL Hi, I’ve sent my online application to the office in Dublin. I noticed it has a PO Box number. documents were sent by tracking. But on the Royal Mail website it states that they cannot send to PO Boxes because it requires a signature.

@eBay_UK I’m getting untold messages from customers asking where their orders are, and now getting requests in, I have to keep repeating about the Royal Mail delays, can’t you put a message on your main web page to highlight the problem with delayed deliveries.
