@teachisdrunk In my county, we have a “balanced calendar.” We start on 8/1, but we have several week-long breaks throughout the year. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Like right now she’s talking about a “weird bone” on her foot that she has to have surgically removed. She’s apparently had it for 20 years & is scared to have it removed. According to her, it’s really ugly, & she has to be careful not to shave over it when she shaves her legs 😂

Extroverts just fascinate me. There’s always one when I’m getting my nails done who just doesn’t care if everyone in the salon hears her conversation with the nail tech(s). I’d rather die than have strangers hear about my life 😂 #introvert

@FRTeacherLove This gives me hope! Not quite ready for baby #2 yet, but I’m definitely hoping it’ll be better/easier the second time around. I was a mess of anxiety with baby #1, but at least I’ll know what to expect this next time? Haha

@ConfessingMomma The newborn stage w/ my baby was hands down the hardest two-ish months I’ve ever been through in my whole life. I wasn’t mentally prepared for the sleep deprivation, isolation, & massive life changes. He’s 7 months now & teething. Still annoying at times, but nothing like newborn
