for example, I'd eat a steak with fried potatoes.
maybe an ice-cream.
that's not gonna mess me up.
for me, the cheat day is more about variety, not "MOAR CALORIES!"

it's individual. For some, one meal is more doable.
for me, though...
1. I only eat two meals per day, so the time window is short anyway.
2. my cheat day is usually a Sunday/Monday - my most physically active days. So, I eat more and BURN more
@systematicls not sure about "seek to win all games". You can't win all games. a sumo wrestler will never win a horse race. a horse jockey will never win a sumo bout.

Ai is changing everything all the time.
People low on openness will not change and, therefore, will stand out and look more genuine.
I'm still on the fence about this.
