@ProWritingAid @satoshinika I have the same problem. I paid £200 for lifetime premium and now have to pay £250 if I want to get lifetime premium pro. There is no way for me to upgrade - I have to pay full price. This is really disappointing for an existing customer. I already emailed but they couldn't help
