Kitchen and bathroom torn down to the studs and floor joists due to nasty water damage.
Learning to build stuff has been fun, but I'm looking forward to a new chapter where figure-it-out carpentry, tiling, and plumbing isn't a part-time job.
'Love the sinner, hate the sin'....from none other than Augustine:
"And when you judge, love the person, hate the vice. Don't love the vice for the person's sake, nor hate the person for the vice's sake. Your neighbor is the person; the vice is your neighbor's enemy. You show that you love your friend if you hate what harms your friend...
So learn justice, to hate only vices, and to love people. If you stick to this, and practice this sort of justice, so that you prefer even vicious people to be cured rather than condemned, then you have been doing good work in the vineyard."

Since the crazies are out of the woodwork for their annual "RTS recruits women as a money-making scheme" rumpus:
a google search will show you that spouses of RTS students get a 100% scholarship, and some campuses give a *minimum* of 50% to any women who apply
next theory, please
Why seminary? It is a question many women quietly carry.
Join RTS for a candid and encouraging conversation on how theological study shapes everyday ministry. Hear stories from women who pursued seminary later in life and consider how deeper study of Scripture can strengthen your teaching, writing, and walk with Christ.
Whether you are serving in the church, discipling others, or discerning what is next, this session offers a clear and compelling vision for faithful theological training in every season, both residentially and through our global online campus.
