@ward_esme @RM_Oudheden @sieboldhuis @WM_Leiden @mauritshuis Hope you have a lovely time on your visit. Leiden is a beautiful city I last visited on my birthday in December. It is an excellent base to visit other cities and museums in the region. Amsterdam is 35 minutes, Rotterdam is 30 minutes, Delft is 20 minutes along with Haarlem.

@ward_esme When in Leiden definitely visit the Rijksmuseum Oudheden @RM_Oudheden along with the nearby Japan Museum @sieboldhuis and the WereldMuseum @WM_Leiden
10 minutes by train is the Hague (Den Haag) with the @mauritshuis which is home of the Girl with a Pearl Earring.
