@haven Yes I was just given a voucher to use at papa johns but it's not the point that the head chef didn't even probe the meat properly I'm a chef and probing white meat you should go through the whole meat not in the middle through the top as you don't get a correct reading

@haven can't believe I was told by the manager of the mash and barrel presthaven that pork is meant to have blood in it and be rubbery if that was my restaurant where I chef at it would be closed down there and then as white meats are meant to be cooked through and no blood trace
