1. The order was submitted on February 16th.

2. We received a very worn-out, ripped, and entirely different shoe on February 20.

8. On March 3rd, we informed us that there was nothing more you could do and declined both pick-up and refund requests.

7. On February 27th, we were informed that we would have to wait until March 3rd to begin the investigation anew, after which either a pick up or a refund in whole or in advance was started.

You promised to have the same completed by the 27th.However, nothing occurred.

6. On February 26th, pick-up verification was unsuccessful and refused. When we got in touch with you again, you urged us to hold off until the 27th because the results of your research were not shared with the pick-up boy, which prevented proper verification.

Having run out of options, we reinitiated the return request and got in touch with you to find out to know the status of ongoing Investigation. A CS executive notified us that the investigation was concluded, resulting in the No fail verification pick-up being scheduled for Feb26

4. On the 21st, an investigation was opened into an order for which we were required to provide pictures of an item that had been delivered. promising to get the problem fixed by February 25.
We waited until the 25th, but no updates regarding the issue's status were provided.
