#NagornoKarabakh was NOT a part of the Rep․of Azerbaijan(formed on May28,1918) & remained a disputed territory even during AZ sovietization on Apr28,1920. NK was ARBITRARILY annexed to AZ based on a political decision of the Bolshevik Party on July5,1921, w/out people's consent.
