Space technology must benefit all.

The Bangkok Declaration adopted at the 5th Ministerial Conference on #SpaceApplications charts a path towards wider access to innovation and stronger resilience.

Now we must turn these commitments into action across the region.

[United Nations ESCAP @UNESCAP]

The Fifth Ministerial Conference on #SpaceApplications brought #AsiaPacific together to exchange ideas, strengthen cooperation and look ahead to a more sustainable future.️

Let’s keep the conversation going beyond the conference.

Space technology can help us anticipate disasters & act before they strike.

At the 5th Ministerial Conference on #SpaceApplications, I called for stronger regional cooperation to turn satellite data into timely action, build resilience and ensure no country is left behind.

[United Nations ESCAP @UNESCAP]

As #SpaceApplications evolve, so do the possibilities for action on our planet 🛰️

Through stronger regional cooperation, emerging technologies and young people, we can shape a more inclusive future.
