Moda now files problems straight into @linear.
One click (or auto-sync) and the issue arrives with the cause, the impact, and evidence linked to traces.
Close it and Moda watches for it to come back. If it does, the issue reopens with the new evidence.

very curious how many of these consumer βproductβ labs like instinct, msl (muse), tomo, etc. are thinking about adjusting toward the general consumer.
i think it becomes pretty clear when you take a step back that the average person is not going to be booking flights or hotels through a text-message interface. as such, it feels like thereβs still a pretty large gap in the market for a tool thatβs more accustomed to the needs of the bang-average member of society outside of san francisco.
iβm not really sure what medium this comes through or what exactly it entails, but iβm curious how much of the problem could be solved by literally getting a bunch of people to plant themselves in random, average places around the world and develop a much stronger understanding of what people actually want accompanied with what they would actually need a text assistant for.

- Fix checks: link a signal to Linear and see if the fix worked
- Clearer problem evidence
