Please retweet 🙏 As a man that owns my disability and I hate that word, I rather say that I'm able bodied with limitations. I use my platform to show that the only disability in life is a bad attitude. When I had my accident I broke 4 bones in my neck, completely severed my spinal cord, sustained bleeds to the brain and one of my lungs collapsed, was on life support and I managed to beat the odds and lived to tell the tail 💪
I am living life to the fullest and I have already done more since my accident in 2017 than I would have in my whole life before my accident and I am only 22 years old. Whatever situation or shit you are going through, keep the chin up although life can be cruel and weather you choose to believe me or not, sometimes the hardest days are so worth it and I promise you 💯
Disability wont stop me from becoming a complete personality. If you ask many of us who are living with some sort of disability what we would like in life and you would be surprised how few would say, ‘Not to be disabled.’ We accept our limitations and drive on regardless of the struggles! #ifyoucantstandupstandout
Right girls and boys, we have a bit of a problem. We haven’t been able to get visas for Algeria, and if we don’t get them, then it’s game over for project africa.
I’ve been running now for 278 days, covered nearly 12,000km through 13 countries and raised over £140k for charity in my attempt to become the first person ever to run the entire length of Africa. But right now all of that is totally hanging on whether we can get permission from Algeria to let us cross in through this border with Mauritania.
This is the only option we have left so, Algeria, if you’re listening, please reach out to me on my contact [email protected]
Anything you need from us please let me know. It would be an absolute privilege to visit your beautiful country.
To everyone following the journey online please help us out by sharing this and helping us get this seen by the appropriate people in Algeria.

If anybody questioned whether football at the top level is all about money, this will answer your question. I wonder how many Liverpool fans have had huge trouble with gambling in their lives? Sponsor on kits bad enough but encouraging bets. Really poor.
European countries without a single starter in this week's European matches and which Nations League the national team plays in:
League B: Republic of Ireland
League C: Lithuania
League D: Andorra, Faroes, Gibraltar, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Moldova, San Marino
Maybe it’s topical or maybe they just like the song but there’s a group of Ireland fans off the main square in Wroclaw belting out a few bars of Ronan Keating. ‘You say it best when you say nothing at all’
After a fall from her bike in 2014, Linda Collins was left with severe concussion, making it impossible for her to return to work full time for over 2 years. Linda joins us now to tell us about her recovery alongside Dr Karen Foley from Acquired Brain Injury Ireland. #IrlAM
