Remember when flying was fun? @united sure doesn’t. Canceled our flight out 4 hours before departure and cost us one day. Coming home we’re now in hour 3 of a delay with no end in sight stuck in a closed airport… #UnitedAirlinesFail

@united Just sent it. Also, super fun since we’re traveling with a toddler. We paid for her seat then had to beg people on our rebooked flight to trade seats so we could sit as a family.

Hey @CalFTB - How do I get a hold of you guys? 3 hour phone wait time and I can’t make an account online because it says my records don’t match. The refund checker says to call, but 3 hours on hold during business hours just won’t happen since I’m also at work!

@prinzrob @BikeLink_ @SFBART @BikeEastBay @RadPowerBikes It is a RAD bike. Unfortunately even if I lowered the bars, the rear basket would prevent the bike from fitting. The group storage was the solution, but it took me 30 minutes to get in touch with someone to get access. I’m glad I tested the system before my first commute!

Hey @BikeLink_ this is great in theory, but my bike won’t fit in a locker at Pleasant Hill BART due to height (and a rear basket) and the group storage won’t let me in. Been on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. @SFBART @BikeEastBay
