The Supreme Court has reiterated a basic constitutional principle:
the open category is not a GC quota it is a merit pool open to all.

What policy has done instead is quietly flip the logic:
merit is treated as a disadvantage, open seats are compressed, and GC candidates are made the permanent shock absorbers of every social experiment.

Affirmative action was meant to fix exclusion.
Turning merit into a penalty creates a new one.

No society progresses by systematically taxing competence and calling it justice.

I recently created a python program that uses Google's Air Quality API to get daywise AQI. Comparing Vanaz (still green) and Tathwade where I live. The result is clear. Vanaz's avg aqi is below 150. Tathwade is above 250!

Another accident kills two school kids today in Hinjawadi .
Company bus with driver fully drunk on such busy area during peak hours .

Its tragedy that @CMOMaharashtra has no time to visit ITpark to fix issues . After so many deaths he should visit and understand things on his own along with DCM.

@PCcityPolice we still have encroachment in this area and no footpath to walk while @OfficialPMRDA & @midc_india is not taking any actions.

AQI in Tathawade, Wakad, Hinjewadi is above 310. The 24×7 RMC plant is creating severe dust and pollution — residents are struggling to breathe.
