#FeelgoodFriday Last week a brand new Maternity Suite opened at #HMSExcellent. This facility was part funded by an RNRMC grant & is here to help serving personnel maintain good health and fitness during pregnancy and post-natal 👶🤰🏾

A sailor was in a dangerous situation when his yacht suffered engine failure and was being smashed against the shoreline. He was in desperate need of help. In challenging weather conditions our volunteer crew from @ClifdenRNLI launched both lifeboats & quickly came to his rescue.
