@cineworld My daughter and her friends bought tickets to this to watch it on ScreenX. The adverts were shown on all 3 screens but that film was only shown on the middle screen. All the adults were refunded but my daughter and her friends weren’t.

@cineworld My 16 year old daughter and her friends went to Sheffield Centertainment earlier. They paid for Screen X Tickets. Only the adverts were shown on the three screens. The film was just on the middle. You offered refunds to the adults but not to them.
