I love when people underestimate someone and they end up having to eat humble pie. Jonny Evans is exactly where he should be👏
Wonder if Roy Keane's enjoying his pie!!😉

🚨🚨🎙️| Michael Carrick on the corner routine that put Manchester United ahead:
“Yeah it was something we worked on in training, it was Jonny Evans idea and the analysts. It was executed perfectly.”
I am devastated. Catherine O'Hara - absolute icon❤️ Everyone knew her as Kevin's mum but I just adored and fell in love with her as Moira Rose. Rest in place to a wonderfully talented genius🌹
Today shows reason to get behind @ManUtd and give Carrick and his coaching staff a chance. If you want the good old days back then you need to quit the negative BS.
Lots of people with a lot to say about Carrick & his coaching staff. Particularly some former players who haven't taken on the positions themselves yet harp on about the way players need to step up?So why have they not? If anything, Carrick & co have had the balls to take it on👏
I do enjoy a bit of Roy Keane & his rants from time to time but he isn't right with his comments on Jonny Evans. This is spot on👇 Jonny has recently played in the team, actually knows & understands the players & reads the game well. Also has a genuine passion for the club.10/10
🚨🎙️ | Rio Ferdinand with a SCATHING assesment Roy Keane's recent comments:
"The stuff with the coaches and stuff like that, and calling out the coaches... Like, Jonny Evans is a young coach. Why SHOULDN'T he get a chance? Why shouldn't he get a chance to come into the club?
He knows EVERY single player in that club better than any coach on the planet right now, other than the ones that have been there recently, because he's played there. He knows them all. Why wouldn't you bring him on your staff? I don't understand.
"If you want to get to know what Kobbie Mainoo is like, because you want to reboot him and put him in a team, I wouldn't mind having somebody that KNOWS him, who's BEEN in the changing room, who knows how he works, closer to me. How do we get a bit more out of Bruno? Because you KNOW him.
That's the kind of conversation I'm sure that Michael Carrick's gonna want to be having. Sit down and TELL ME about every single one of these players, because you, Jonny, have lived with them and breathed with them for a couple of years now.
"I actually understand why someone like Steve Holland's there. He's experienced. Michael Carrick WANTS an experienced coach alongside him. He's gone for someone like him. Like, what, should he have gone for what? Who else has got experience that he should have gone for?
"I just, I don't know. It was a... I didn't agree with it, with that, and that's where it starts, and that's fine.
"You can have that conversation and have that opinion, but I don't know, I just thought it was probably a bit... The gun was pointing at the WRONG people." [BBC]
I thought the National Anthem for the United States of America said it was the land of the free, and the home of the brave. Not the land of the censored and the home of the fearful???
#thisisamerica
They might not have got much right recently, but this is a great appointment for a great role model for young players at United. Particulary with his own experience and passion for the team. Glad to see❤️ Jonny Evans is STILL a red!
People are insane stating Meghan Markle couldn' have been pregnant in that video she shared today! Fully grown adults saying mad stuff just because they simply don't like her?!! It's adorable...plus she prob has a very high pain threshold after dealing with all the BS!
🚨 HISTORIC MOMENT: Today the 30th of May 2025, marks the end of a 51 year era at Manchester United.
For the first time since Arthur Albiston's debut on the 9th of 1974, no player who played under the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson remains in the squad.
Albiston played under Fergie in his final two seasons, while Jonny Evans, who debuted in 2007, was the last link to the iconic manager’s reign.
A monumental chapter closes for United - the #FergusonLegacy
Jonny Evans, what a guy and what a career! Glad he's decided to bow out after leaving United...feels full circle and the right time. Really hope he'll go on to a coaching role though as he would be perfect for it. Ideally at United...🔴
@ManUtd
@TheLAMatthews Jonny - congratulations on your incredible career at @ManUtd. I have been a proud supporter, following your club career and your international career. You are the definition of a true professional: focused and dedicated, and a shining example for others to follow. Be proud🔴👏
An absolute legend & just proud to play for his club - that was what it was really about and it showed. Class, skill, excellent reader of the game and best of all: a decent, good guy. Jonny Evans - A Manchester United legend & my forever favourite❤️
Feel like the right thing to do is to give Jonny Evans some minutes today as his last run out in a United shirt. However, with the latest performances and atmosphere maybe he would be happy to bow out quietly. Either way, he has been a great servant to the club

Hope Jonny Evans gets some minutes off the bench today. He’s not been a part of this mess and it’s probably his last game before he retires.
A lot of players in that team who don’t warrant applause but he very much does for all he’s done in a United shirt.
