Its either 100% people using it as a reason to dodge accountability. Or people getting so frustrated theyre not seeing results fast and give up

You can't just "get over trauma." It literally changes the way your brain functions. It causes you to not trust people and feel like you're constantly at threat. Trauma can change you into an entirely different person. It's not something you can just get over.

Theres only 2 people on my life that ive seen who have not used trauma as an excuse to be an awful person and have worked on themselves. Thats it.

The rest just repeat the abuse under the excuse they were hurt.
