@cpane12 @dbrand Chances are your key is stored in the bios. Check out ProduKey by Nirsoft if you haven’t already. If there’s none and no sticker chances are they sold you a cracked windows

@cpane12 @dbrand If you still have your windows 7/8/8.1 key from a sticker you can just enter it instead of the windows 10 key
