@seedrcoil i am not on V2. however, I was able to upload a file yesterday afternoon.

@seedrcoil just noticed that attempts to 'upload file' from a mac (first tried using brave, then firefox) simply don't work. the 'open file' dialog appears, however selecting the file just does nothing.

@Walgreens after picking up an incorrectly filled prescription, i called the store/pharmacy to discuss. after a human picked up saying 'please hold' i was hung up on. called back & after 20+ minutes on hold was again hung up on. it's 1 hour later and the pharmacy is now closed.
