@SwiggyCares delivery boy location was some where else bu 11.45. as per your chat support it was supposed to be delivered by 11.05 PM.But by 11.45 PM you were showing arived at your location but the delivery partner some 10-15 km away from my home. Overnight it delivered unknown

@SwiggyCares It was not delivered. He was some where else till i spoke to the customer care. It was not my problem. Without delivering how you will confirm, it is delivered. How the delivery person can do and dont you have any verification mechanism ? No otp, no confirmation from user ?

Swiggy does not care. More than 1 hour. The delivery did not come. Waiting in the customer care call for more than 15 mins. Delivery person says, he have multiple orders. Arrived at location status more than 40 mins

I do not have an option to contact the delivery person. It should have been delivered by now. Not yet done. I can understand practical delays. How will I know , when I will get this. ?

To get refund we need to send email.

But to get the service ETA you will not send email. Poor support with @tataplayfiber

You dont respond to customer call, no option in chat check Air Fiber issues, no response in X platform, but still says Airtel Cares. It is fake statement. Airtel does not care for 4 days.
