Ideally, the lesson learned from all this is BTL gets industry standard (living wage) rates first with alotted budget, then ATL, CAST, PRODUCERS, INVESTORS take equity SHOULD the film turn out to be a roaring success. Pay the laborers so the "CEOs and Execs" profit over time.
