Hard coaching without relationship produces resentment. Relationship without hard coaching produces entitlement. The sweet spot is a player who knows you love them and knows you will not lower the bar for them.
@coachvint Oh boy, here I go after a long hiatus. This clip is poor execution by the nickel and a good throw by the QB. Help is inside. Squeeze the WR to the sidelines and trust the safety to help over top. If the nickel trusts his teammates you wouldn’t be using this clip.
@Christian_Gee17@JourdanRodrigue If we move those DB’s up with our current pressure rate explosive plays -pun intended- will explode. Lots of issues that Morris is trying to account for while being competitive.

If you don't have access to data during games, but have a general idea of your pitch profiles, you can use your approach angle (VAA) & the hitter's bat path to guide your game plan.
