I found a guy who goes around the US asking 70 to 100-year-olds their:
• Biggest Regrets
• Biggest Lessons
• Advice to their younger self
Oddly enough, most of their answers are the same…
Here are my top 8:

Last day of the World Swimming Championships. So disappointed swimming wasn’t on terrestrial tv. Back in my racing days we were on 4/5 x a year. Now most people couldn’t name our fabulous top swimmers. Still one of the largest participation sports & a life saver. Kids can’t aspire to be what they don’t see. We need variation of sport on our televisions @britishswimming@BBCSport@uk_sport@GOVUK
🚨The Government's review into miscarriage care has just been published - and it includes an end to the immoral three miscarriage rule.
This is a huge win.
I want to thank everyone who shared their experience & joined the campaign. Without you, this wouldn't have been possible.
WE DID IT! Today after years of heartache, frustration and fierce campaigning alongside @_OliviaBlake and @tommys, we have CHANGED the law. Miscarriage care and Women’s health as a result has advanced greatly. I still can’t quite believe it! Thank you to all who have stood by us.
We’re delighted to share with you this incredible news! For the 2nd year we are LTA Regional Winners for our incredible offer to our pupils in tennis. This is perfectly timed with the start of our summer of sport! Huge thanks to @rsalmonuk for working with us to make this happen.
