After a woman died because Trump incited mob violence in the Capitol itself, these six senators continued their efforts to overturn an election and install Trump as authoritarian leader:
Cruz
Hawley
Hyde-Smith
Kennedy
Marshall
Tuberville
We must acknowledge the profound inequity of a broken system that allows peaceful protesters to get tear-gassed for a photo op, while domestic terrorists who storm the Capitol in a violent coup attempt get to roam the streets freely.
It is because of Democratic governors – and in spite of the White House – that our country has managed to survive thus far. But instead of acknowledging this progress, President Trump has attacked us – threatening the very safety of our families, our staff, and ourselves.
