@RoyalMailHelp I posted a parcel on 05/06 First Class Signed For and it still hasn’t been delivered! The tracking just shows that it’s at the Post Office and you’ll update tracking once delivery attempted, surely it shouldn’t take this long?!

@premierinn Hi Emma, thank you for coming back to me but it doesn’t really answer my question. Can you let me know if it’s only possible to book a new hotel once it’s opened? There’s nothing online that suggests that you can’t book the hotel but also nothing to tell you when you can.

@premierinn I’m trying to book at your Keswick hotel in March but the website won’t let me as ‘this hotel isn’t open yet’ but the opening date states 6th Feb. Is it not possible to book this hotel until it actually opens even if you’re looking for a stay after the opening date?
