The power plant supporting the new Meta data center will require 1.25 million liters of water a day.

Currently, Sturgeon County uses 1.1 million liters of water a day municipally.

So, this power plant doubles the water requirements.

Trying to drive home from Wainwright at 11:20 had fto pull over. The wind was crazy and the rain was thick, heavy, at an angle. Couldn’t see the road and was only doing 40 km as scared of hydroplaning. There were 2 other cars pulled over #abstorm
