@Subway Your pricing is out of hand. $17 for a reg foot long and small drink? Even worse, that was with the supposed 20% off thats pushed in the ads with @RealChuckBark. In that case, just the sub would have been roughly $17! Am finding your online menus showing #9, not $17.

I have already done this and the issue is not properly resolved. @AmericanAir has had more than 3 mo to properly resolve and has not. If you are truly sorry for the inconvenience, please get refund processed to my card ASAP. #AmericanAirlines

Still waiting for a proper refund from @AmericanAir 3 mo later. The extra cash that was taken was NOT sticky; IMO trying to say a "sticky" travel credit is OK as the "refund" is BS.
