@_mcameron44@Mariners Loved you as a player, but don't ever tell me who to or how to root. That is just plain dumb thing to say. Damn, players think they know more because they played. No, you were a great athlete with elite hand-eye coordination. Best of luck to you in the future. SMH. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@LO_Mariners@TyDaneGonzalez If they want the piggyback to stay, Anderson is perfect for it. Great way to get his feet wet and control his innings. There is no real Ace on this staff who would be hurt by it.
@LO_Mariners Reminder that this is a franchise who had 2, yes 2, managers quit on them while being very successful at the time. One during a winning streak on a playoff run. Always something brewing upstairs with these guys no matter who is in charge. 50 years of watching same movie.
@BaseballCentraI My mom & dad took me and a couple friends to a Ms game back in 1977 for the first time. We waited for autos outside after the game. We asked Mike Torrez from the Yanks for one and he blew us kids off. Then Carlos Lopez from Ms came out and signed for everyone. Class act. Go Julio
@MarineLayerPod Did Raley sac bunt on his own or was that called from the bench? Because who in the hell sac bunts then pinch-hits Refsnyder? That is giving up an out just ahead of getting the 2nd out. It can't go any other way with Refsnyder.
@blazersedge I hate ticky-tack fouls in basketball especially in the playoffs. Now it seems they have gone the other way. A ton of contact allowed now which is okay, but the holding is out of hand.
@MarinersONTap The inning came together with 2 balls hit to the SS spot, but they had Emerson playing up the middle on both of them. Could just as easy have been a 1-2-3 inning.
From @Buster_ESPN on the Red Sox being desperate to add a right-handed bat, via @JustBB_Media:
โWhat Iโve heard today isโฆ they are aggressively looking for a right-handed hitter and signaling to the industry, look weโre willing to take on moneyโ
