@JustEatUK what is the point of sending a voucher that noone can use, then there is no way to talk or chat to you to get the problem resolved! Just silly faq pages that tell me to try what inalready have! Oh and the email address is not monitored either!
@bt_uk Just tried to ring the number and its the same generic number, I do not have a landline number only an account number so i cant answer the automated questions! Please open a case as there is no other way!
@bt_uk have a complaint and cant speak with or get through to anyone unacceptable!!! Even your dms are automated, you must have the lowest complaints as noone can make one!!!
@NinjaKitchenUK I tried 4 times to order, 3 different cards in my name and 1 in my wifes name, order cancelled without warning everytime, advisor says its your payment system thats causing it, you must be losing alot of business! Only option is to order elsewhere apparently, at double the price
@bt_uk You need to sort out your 2FA for your email service, there is very little protection for compromised accounts, even with 2fa switched on it is not sending out codes for email login! I have been locked out 5 times in 24hours by hackers trying to guess the password!!!
@bt_uk I got a text sunday out of the blue saying my password had been changed (not by me) and i had no codes sent to me, yes the text was from bt as the other texts after i reset the password came from the same sms thread
@bt_uk Its hopeless, I can bypass the 2fa and access the emails on any pc as long as i know the password (so if a hacker has it they can see without it notifying me) i am not going to put how here but you can dm me if you wish
@bt_uk Yes i know this as i have had the problem before i always tick dont trust as i want to be notified everytime but it no longer asks me, you used to be able to delete any trusted devices but seems you cant now
