@EE are your staff trained to sit on people’s garden walls smoking? This kid looks like Toadfish Rebecchi from Neighbours & has been camped out on my wall for a while now. He doesn’t seem very busy. Webster Cres, Rotherham. He’s dressed very professionally, just doesn’t act it 🤷🏼‍♂️

@FitbitSupport I’ve just been running and tracking the exercise using my phone, but the app is not recognising any distance, just says I’ve walked (not run) 0:00 miles. How do I fix this? Constant issues with tracking exercise, not what you want from a fitness watch really!

@FitbitSupport I select this option in the app & start the workout, then when I finish the workout it syncs it as a walk even though the run option has been selected.

@FitbitSupport can you explain why when I set my Fitbit app to track a run, when I’ve finished running and stopped the workout, the app syncs the run as a walk? There’s then no way to amend the walk to a run within the app as this functionality appears to have disappeared? Thanks
