@_bubblxs He decided to keep it to himself. Once the club knew, he was given indefinite leave to be with his family. He chose to come back and play. Youโre adding a dimension that simply doesnโt exist for some bizarre reason.
@ScepticREDx@ianyoungkop Yeah, because thatโs would likely be a breach of contract and also thereโs no way a club is paying a player ยฃ100k to play with the reserves/U21. Itโs what kids playing football manager say, but wonโt happen to a top player. Itโs pie in the sky.
@IbrahimaKonate_ after all the YNWA and I โค๏ธ Liverpool, the truth comes out. Itโs all greed and money ๐ท๐ท๐ท๐ท and hes another lying Judas.
@HughWoozencroft It also shows that previous incidents dating back to 2015 with Sterling and โlaughing gasโ were not โone offsโ and he didnโt โrealise his errorโ etcโฆ but rather heโs clearly a user of it and continues to do so despite the risk.
@Corballyred@TeleFootball@DKingTelegraph Yeap, because ยฃ400k per week and he clearly couldnโt keep standards high for his colleagues this season could he? Heโs also fallen of a cliff and cannot do the same physical contribution. Sadly even old Father Time caught up with him.
@SherekhanKlopp Youโre being utterly ridiculous. Ramsey barely played for Wigan. Chiesa and Elliot are slower than a 50 year old asthmatic. VvD will play. Morton is a Lyon player (no buy back). Itโs embarrassing you actually think this is a good team.
@LFCTransferRoom@_LukeFC Utter garbage - James Pearce has confirmed in his article in The Athletic that no contract was signed between Reijnen & LFC.
@RedCartelHQ Or he didnโt look at it through any lens, rather penalised what he beloved to be correct. Arsenal had 23% possession and committed more fouls. Havertz dived and play after all night, the Ref didnโt buy it. The penalty call near the end was a brilliant decision in real time.
@CalvLyfeson Paul Joyce said that every time LFC thought an agreement was imminent, Konate team would change the demands. Ultimately fell through due to amount of bonuses. Players rarely love the club, foreign players less so, its mercenary and all driven by Konates demands for more ยฃยฃยฃยฃยฃ
@GrizzKhan@BenBocsak Amazing how people over react to him missing 2 chances in the CL final. Neither 10 out of 10 chances as well.
He has a 1 in 4 goal return over 3 seasons with PSG.
@Ian1892T@dlmjnk Paul Joyce reported a few days ago that when LFC thought a deal was โalmost thereโ his team would change their demands and they were back into another round of negotiations. All the โI love Liverpool stuffโ is crocodile tears and no more. Itโs all about the ยฃยฃยฃยฃ and nothing else.
@dlmjnk@DavidHickman87 Why? Because he said he didnโt realise it would be his last time wearing the shirt? Paul Joyce has stated every time a deal was almost done, Konateโs team kept moving the goalposts and wanting more. if Konate wanted to stay, he could have. In the end, ยฃยฃยฃ was more important.
@lfc_nino Nobody is paying any serious money for Joe Gomez. He averages about 20 games per season, is 29 years old and cannot play 3 games per week, or week in week out due to his body failing him. Itโs dreamland to think you get much for Joe now regardless of how good he is.
@EwanRCD@LFC How? He clearly indicates he wanted to stay & extend, LFC negotiate in good faith, always thinking you are โalmost thereโ on an agreement. LFC decide to sell him & he says โNo thanks - Iโll honour my contractโ. You canโt not play him, so he has all the control throughout๐คทโโ๏ธ
@EwanRCD@LFC They started in 2023, Paul Joyce says in a recent article that every time they thought that a deal was imminent, Konateโs team kept wanting more and make new demands. Ultimately you cannot make him sign, nor sell him. Heโs tried to squeeze every last ยฃยฃยฃยฃ from the club.
It makes me laugh that Konate loves LFC so much & leaves with a heavy heart, yet ultimately wanted more & more ยฃยฃยฃยฃยฃยฃ to stay. Paul Joyce stating that every time agreement was imminent, Konateโs team kept wanting more & eventually we ended up here. You cannot make a player sign๐คทโโ๏ธ
