@SwiggyCares Can Swiggy address the issue of delivery partners calling customers to cancel orders because of restaurant delays? They call and talk about how its impacting their delivery targets and ask us to cancel the order. Cancellation incurs charge to the customer. Sigh.
@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence Why cannot customers make calls to landline numbers in India? Your DM support team simply keeps pointing me to an automated service request for call network. None of this helps. Your AI driven customer support on the Airtel app does not help. Smh.

@airtelindia My airtel roaming transaction failed, and the refund from the Airtel app also failed. There is no way to contact customer care through chat and the only option is to call. Not every international customer can call. It's odd that there is no chat/email based support
@HDFCBank_Cares Why do I use your credit card services when you decide to plague my phone and email with non-stop loan and credit card offers? Do you think you can earn customers by spamming them? No way to control offer alerts through the cards website either - it's broken.

@HEB Since when did we start having food products at HEB that are not only expired but expired by OVER TWO MONTHS? I am glad I noticed it but this is not the experience I am used to when shopping at H-E-B.
@nationalcares It is frustrating when you request the rental car check out agent to charge to your business credit card and they still choose to use a different card on file. My agent was engrossed in his phone and was simply not paying any attention to me. This is troubling.
