@JasonStrom_ What about State Lands permit transfer? It seems they can delay it until Jan 1, at which point SB237 kicks in and they need new approvals from CCC. This is one thing that scares me if they come up with some permit not being transferred by Jan 1.

@money_cruncher They also increased the capital gains tax. I don't see many reasons why rich people would stay there and get rained on for 7 months. WA doesn't have the same weather lever as CA.
