🧵 Part 1 of 2 — My Story
I’m 31 years old and buried under $98,492 in credit card debt.
Three years of alcohol abuse, cocaine addiction, losing a high-paying job, and trying to impress the wrong people destroyed my finances.
No one in my life knows.
This is the lowest point of my life.
This is also the most humiliating thing I’ve ever had to admit publicly.
From the outside people think I’m doing fine. My family believes I’m building a future, working hard, and moving forward in life.
In reality I feel like I’m drowning.
When I was 13 years old my family moved from a small town to a big city. From that moment on I always felt like I was trying to prove myself and earn respect from the people around me.
For most of my life I just wanted to be socially accepted and respected. I wanted people to see me as successful and someone who belonged.
When I was younger I worked extremely hard. I went to university while working two jobs, and some days I worked 12–18 hour days just trying to build a future for myself.
At one of my jobs I was promoted at a young age and for the first time in my life I felt like things were finally going in the right direction. I even bought a brand new car and thought life was starting to come together.
But over time things started to change.
Even when I was doing well financially, I still felt like I didn’t belong anywhere. I kept trying to impress people and feel socially accepted.
That led me down a path I never thought I would take.
I started going out more, buying rounds of drinks for people, partying, and trying to look successful and respected.
Eventually that turned into heavy drinking and cocaine use.
What started as partying slowly became abusing alcohol and cocaine, something I never imagined I would be doing in my life.
For three years my life revolved around partying, alcohol, and cocaine.
And the truth is, when you’re in that stage of life trying so hard to be accepted and respected, you don’t even fully realize what you’re doing to yourself.
You think you’re just having fun. You think you’re living life.
But you don’t realize how quickly everything around you is falling apart.
During those years I burned through my savings trying to maintain a lifestyle I thought would make people respect me.
When the savings ran out, I started relying on credit cards.
Then the company I worked for began layoffs and I lost my job.
I eventually found another job, but it pays less than half of what I used to make, and by then the financial damage had already been done.
Now I’m buried under almost $100,000 in debt and the interest alone is crushing me.
Last month I paid $1,717 in interest, and it feels impossible to catch up while also paying basic living expenses.
I’ve been constantly applying for higher paying jobs trying to improve my situation, but nothing has worked out and I feel completely stuck financially.
Out of desperation I even tried launching a Shopify brand hoping it might give me a way out.
After months of effort it completely failed.
0 sales.
0 profit.
Not a single order.
That moment broke me more than I expected because it felt like I had run out of options.
Part 2 below ⬇️
Great video bro real talk 💯💯💯
@stevewilldoit i’m 31 and over $100,000 in debt, paying $1,700+ a month just in interest and i can’t catch up no matter what i do. i messed my life up chasing the wrong things and now i’m stuck trying to fix it.
if you ever see this i really need help, anything would mean a lot. Full story’s pinned 🙏🙏
The reason I chose @mikemajlak for Day 22 is because you’ve actually lived through what most people only talk about.
You went through addiction, hit rock bottom, and still found a way to rebuild your life. You didn’t hide it either, you told the full story in The Fifth Vital so other people wouldn’t feel alone in what they’re going through.
That matters more than people understand.
You didn’t just recover and move on, you built things to help others in that same position. Novak’s House, helping people get sober and stay on track. Mike’s Bikes, giving people something simple but real to help them rebuild structure and routine.
You’ve mentored people, spoken openly, and used your platform to actually help people who feel like they’ve completely lost their way.
That’s why I chose you.
Because I know what it feels like to lose control of your life.
I’m not in that addiction phase anymore, but I’m dealing with everything it left behind. Debt, stress, regret, and feeling like I destroyed years of my life chasing the wrong things.
I had opportunities, I had income, and I let it slip trying to be someone I wasn’t.
Now I’m stuck trying to rebuild from the lowest point I’ve ever been at.
I do need financial help because the debt is crushing me, but I also need direction from someone who understands what it’s like to hit rock bottom and still find a way back.
If you ever see this Mike Majlak, I’m asking for help.
If anyone can help this reach him, it would mean a lot 🙏
🚨 Day 22 of asking someone for help.
Today I’m asking @mikemajlak.
Mike, your story is one of the few that actually hit me because it’s real. Addiction, losing control, and having to rebuild from nothing.
I went down that same path in my own way. Trying to fit in, partying, alcohol, cocaine, and bad decisions that put me over $100,000 in debt.
Now I’m 31 and stuck trying to fix a life I let slip.
The interest keeps pulling me deeper and I don’t know how to get out.
If you see this, I’m asking for help. Financial help or even guidance. My full story is pinned.
I can prove everything, statements, balances, anything.
If anyone can help this reach Mike Majlak, it would mean everything.
The reason I chose @johnsummit for Day 21 is because your story is the opposite of where I ended up.
You had a stable career, a safe path, and still chose to bet on yourself. You built something real from nothing, and now you’ve created opportunities not just for yourself but for other artists through your label and events.
I had opportunities too. I had income, I had a path, and I let it slip chasing acceptance and trying to fit in with the wrong people. Instead of building something, I destroyed what I had.
What stands out about you now is not just the success, but the growth. You’ve talked about going through phases of partying and then choosing to step back, do a sober tour, and focus on your health and mindset. That’s something I wish I understood earlier.
Because I stayed in that cycle too long and now I’m dealing with the consequences financially and mentally.
You also built a platform that helps others, giving smaller artists a chance through Experts Only and creating real opportunities for people trying to come up.
That’s why I chose you. Because you understand risk, growth, and what it takes to change your life.
Right now I’m at the lowest point of mine. I’m buried in debt, overwhelmed, and trying to find a way out.
I do need financial help because the debt is crushing me, but I also need direction from someone who understands what it means to change your life completely.
If you ever see this John Summit, I’m asking for help.
If anyone can help this reach him, it would mean a lot 🙏
🚨 Day 21 of asking someone for help.
Today I’m asking @johnsummit. The headline at Ultra was one of the best ever by the way bro !!!
John Summit went from a 9–5 job to building something real for yourself. You took a risk and changed your life.
I did the opposite. I lost myself trying to fit in, chasing the wrong things, partying, and making decisions that put me over $100,000 in debt.
Now I’m 31 and stuck. The interest keeps pulling me deeper and I don’t know how to get out.
If you see this, I’m asking for help. Financial help or even guidance. My full story is pinned.
I can prove everything, statements, balances, anything.
If anyone can help this reach John, it would mean everything.
@stevewilldoit I’m asking you directly for help bro. I’m 31 and over $100,000 in debt.
I lost control of my life trying to fit in, partying, and making bad decisions, and now I’m stuck paying over $1,700 a month just in interest with no way to catch up. I’ve tried everything to fix it, jobs, side hustles, even starting a brand that did 0 sales. I can prove every balance. I don’t need sympathy, I need a chance to get out of this. If you ever see this, I’m asking for help. Full story is pinned 🙏🙏🙏🙏
The reason I chose @TheoVon for Day 20 is because you’re one of the few people who talks about struggling without trying to sound perfect. You talk about addiction, bad decisions, feeling lost, and not having everything figured out, and somehow you make people feel less alone in it. That matters more than people think.
I went down that same kind of road. Trying to fit in, chasing acceptance, making choices I knew weren’t right but doing them anyway just to feel like I belonged somewhere. And over time it caught up to me. Debt, stress, regret, feeling like I wasted years of my life and don’t know how to get it back.
What stands out about you is you don’t just talk, you actually help people. Helping single moms have a night where they can breathe, raising money so people can get into rehab when they can’t afford it, and being open so people who feel broken don’t feel alone. That kind of impact isn’t loud, but it’s real.
That’s why I chose you. Because you’ve been through it, not just talked about it.
I’m at that point right now where I don’t have it figured out, and I don’t know how to fix what I’ve done. I do need financial help because the debt is crushing me, but I also need direction from someone who understands what it feels like to hit that kind of low point and still find a way back.
If you ever see this Theo Vom, I’m asking for help.
If anyone can help this reach him, it would mean a lot 🙏
🚨 Day 20 of asking someone for help.
Today I’m asking @TheoVon.
I messed my life up chasing things that didn’t matter.
Trying to fit in, trying to feel accepted, making decisions that slowly put me deeper and deeper in a hole.
Now I’m 31 and over $100,000 in debt.
It feels like I’m stuck watching my own life fall apart in slow motion.
I wake up stressed, I go to sleep stressed, and I don’t know how to fix it.
If you see this, I’m asking for help. Financial help or even just guidance.
My full story is pinned.
I can prove everything, statements, balances, whatever you need.
If anyone can help this reach Theo, it would mean a lot.
@TateTheTalisman All Facts. People forget he’s a kid stepping into one of the biggest roles in the world. Imagine being judged by millions before you’ve even had a chance to prove yourself. Let him act first, then talk. Wishing him success 👏

The reason I chose @SahilBloom for Day 19 is because you’re one of the few people who actually talks about what happens when you “win” the wrong game.
You’ve said it yourself, you can have the money, the title, the external success, and still feel completely lost. That’s what my life turned into.
I wasn’t building anything real. I was chasing acceptance, trying to fit in, spending money I didn’t have, making decisions just to feel like I belonged somewhere.
And now I’m dealing with the aftermath of that. Debt that keeps growing. Stress that never shuts off. And the realization that I was playing the wrong game the entire time.
Your work, especially around the 5 types of wealth, is one of the first things that made me step back and realize I wasn’t just broke financially, I was broken in how I was living.
You built a platform that helps people rethink everything, not just money, but how they live, who they surround themselves with, and what actually matters. You’ve created a space where people can admit they messed up and still believe they can rebuild.
That’s why I chose you. Because I’m at that point right now.
I don’t need motivation. I need a way out. I need a reset.
I do need major financial help because the debt is crushing me, but I also need guidance from someone who understands what it means to wake up and realize you built your life on the wrong foundation.
If you ever see this Sahil Bloom, I’m asking for help.
And if anyone can help this reach him, it would mean a lot 🙏
🚨 Day 19 of asking someone for help.
Today I’m asking @SahilBloom.
Sahil, you talk a lot about chasing the wrong scoreboard.
I did exactly that.
I chased acceptance, status, fitting in, and I paid for it with decisions that put me over $100,000 in debt.
Now I’m 31 and stuck watching interest grow faster than I can keep up.
I wake up stressed and go to sleep stressed.
I feel like I built a life I can’t escape from.
If you see this, I’m asking for help. Financial help or guidance.
My full story is pinned.
I can prove everything, statements, balances, anything.
If anyone can help this reach Sahil Bloom, it would mean everything.
@Patriots@DrakeMaye2 This is real leadership. Turning success into something that lifts others up and actually changes lives. That’s what people remember 👏👏👏
