@legaldrugdilla I got frustrated one day and decided to try and gage our mothership’s expectations in terms of Rx’s per budgeted man-hour. From that angle, it looks like for every warm body behind the counter, be it PSA’s, techs’s or RPh’s, at least 10 rx’s/hr are supposed to be filled. 🤷🏻♀️
I’ll bet you my bottom dollar that the phones of mental health professionals all across the nation are ringing off the this morning.

Not only are we short staffed, but I just learned we’re short-staffed bc that F*CKING BASTARD, our #pharmacy tech’s POS husband (a supposed man of God) put her in the hospital!
Meanwhile, the comments on his fp page are littered w/ “thoughts & prayers” for her recovery.😡
Describe a #pharmacology metaphor that didn’t exist back when you were in school.
Here’s mine:
My WiFi connects to my phone, but the internet is down. Furthermore the router blocks cell data from my phone, rendering it offline.
Ergo, WiFi w/o internet = Receptor Antagonist.
@clairezagorski I feel like this one needs to be a musical montage like the one in the Wizard of Oz, where Dorothy and her friends get all gussied up in an Emerald City salon be fore meeting the Wizard.
Welcome my friends to Come Visit Satan, where your starving pharmacy techs and clerks struggle to keep a roof over their heads while your prescription sit unfilled…
THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS. THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS. THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS. THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS. THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS. THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS. THEY WON’T GIVE US THE HOURS!
That is “why,” dear #Pharmacy customer.

@Giancarlo_Pizza@karen_kelowna@OGdukeneurosurg This makes me wonder about the origins of certain fairytale characters. The poor souls during the middle ages living with conditions like this must’ve been demonized quite a bit.
