@AppleSupport The worst experience I’ve ever had with @AppleSupport. 1st gen AirPods Pro crackling and popping. Same probs as listed in Service Program. Apple Store and support told me I was out of luck since they were manufactured in 12/20 instead of 10/20.

@ATTHelp The burial crew that came to bury my fiber line tore up my yard with the burial machine. They also crushed the pipe that protects the fiber btwn ground and box and I’m afraid it’s damaged the fiber line. Who do I call to get this fixed?

@XfinitySupport I cancelled my service on 3/24/23 and returned equipment to you on 3/26/23. I have confirmation emails saying the return was received and complete but I keep getting messages from you saying I haven’t returned the equipment. Can you verify this for me?

@Lowes It would be nice if your stores would display some type of signage on holiday items stating return policy is “all sales final after holiday”. Out $30 after buying the wrong size tree bag and not being able to return it. No where on display does it state this.
