🚀Toward a Post-Futurist Poetics of Generation — “Zeroone” as a Moving Sign

Futurism was not merely an aesthetic of speed and machinery;
it was an artistic movement that sought to poeticize the very process through which form generates meaning.
The work discussed in this study represents a contemporary continuation of that pursuit.
Embedded within this piece is the idea that the application “Zeroone” itself is an ever-moving, ever-evolving entity.

Here, “Zeroone” is not merely a digital platform.
It is a living system—a generative field that constantly transforms and renews itself through the creative actions and interactions of its users.
The dynamism of this application resonates with the Futurists’ fascination with speed, transformation, and continuous becoming, symbolically embodying the movement inherent in form.

The red spirals and arrow-like structures within the composition visualize this dynamic essence of Zeroone.
They are not static figures but trajectories—paths that continuously advance and evolve toward something beyond.
In this sense, Zeroone itself functions as a “Futurist sign”, a living emblem of perpetual motion.

Thus, this work transcends the Futurist “aesthetics of speed” and connects to a digital poetics of generation.
Through the ongoing evolution of Zeroone, form itself is perpetually reborn.
The central thesis of this study—that identical forms can produce different meanings—is here expanded into the idea that the same platform can continuously generate new worlds.

Ultimately, Zeroone inherits the Futurist ideal while transforming it into a contemporary site of generation—a moving poetic sign.
This artwork renders visible that eternal movement,
where meaning and form never rest, but live in ceaseless transformation.

Two years of @zero________one

One year ago, I shared that we had 7k creators and 800k works on the platform.

Today: 75k creators, 3M works, 10× growth in 12 months.

In our first year, we grew inside the Web3 ecosystem.

This past year, we’ve expanded just as fast into Web2, onboarding over 30,000 Web2 creators into Web3, many for the very first time.

We’ve done it without paid ads, without incentives, just by building something artists want to use.

From day one, we:
- Removed likes, replaced with collecting
- Made every post scarce and ownable
- Focused on meaningful exchanges, not endless scrolling

We didn’t create investors of capital, we created investors of attention.

And we built zeroone around the most valuable asset a creator has: time.

This year, we introduced sales, shipped new tools, and continued to push our community forward.

Next up:
- A faster, redesigned app
- Frictionless sales and collecting
- UNO, our AI co-creation tool, launching in Asia this fall

We’ve been able to do this with the best team - @reneil1337, @co1born, @PatMaclister, Anh, Andrew, Minh, Ansh - and the whole team that makes zeroone possible, continuously pushing boundaries, driving innovation forward, and strengthening the vision and mission that guide everything we build at zeroone.
