क्योंकि जिस एथेनॉल की बात चल रही है यह किसानों की फसलों से निकल कर कुछ केमिकल चेंजेज होने के बाद मोटर गाड़ियों की पेट्रोल टैंक तक पहुंचने वाला है |

आज पेट्रोल के लिए जिन खड़ी देशों की तरह मजबूरी भरी निगाहों से देखना पड़ता है - E 20 के पूर्ण रूप से चलन में आने के बाद यह दवाब ना हो जाएगा |

अब विपक्ष को बस यही बात तड़पा रही है कि अगर किसान संपन्न हुआ और खाड़ी देशों पर निर्भरता खत्म हुई तो ऐसा न हो भारत की जनता हमेशा इसी सरकार की हो कर रह जाए |

जोधपुर की सुबह का अपना एक स्वाद है—गरमागरम प्याज़ की कचौरी और मिर्ची बड़ा।

राजस्थान के मारवाड़ क्षेत्र की खान-पान की परंपरा में इन दोनों का खास स्थान रहा है और समय के साथ ये जोधपुर के सबसे पहचाने जाने वाले नाश्तों में शामिल हो गए।

प्याज़ की कचौरी के लिए मैदा का आटा तैयार कर उसमें प्याज़, सौंफ, धनिया, लाल मिर्च, अमचूर और दूसरे मसालों की भरावन भरी जाती है और फिर धीमी आँच पर कुरकुरा होने तक तला जाता है। वहीं मिर्ची बड़ा बनाने के लिए बड़ी हरी मिर्च में मसालेदार आलू भरकर उसे बेसन के घोल में डुबोकर सुनहरा होने तक तला जाता है।

फिर साथ में इमली की खट्टी-मीठी चटनी या ठंडी छाछ... और जोधपुर की सुबह तैयार!

क्योंकि यहाँ यह सिर्फ़ नाश्ता नहीं, बल्कि जोधपुर की पहचान और मेहमाननवाज़ी का स्वाद है।

The project aims to provide safe shelter, care, and rehabilitation for stray dogs, reinforcing Delhi's commitment to animal welfare.

Appreciating the GMR Varalakshmi Foundation's CSR support in developing the project at zero cost to the MCD, Hon'ble LG called for more such collaborative efforts to further strengthen animal and public welfare infrastructure across Delhi.

Spread across approximately 6,050 square metres, the facility will provide safe shelter, care and rehabilitation for stray dogs with modern infrastructure designed to ensure their welfare and well-being.

Also visited Delhi’s only cremation centre for small animals, and advised MCD to actively involve animal welfare organisations, dog lovers, veterinarians and subject experts so that their experience and knowledge help shape these initiatives in a sustainable and compassionate manner.

This project is a fine example of public-private partnership, with the GMR Varalakshmi Foundation’s CSR support enabling its development at zero cost to the MCD, further strengthening Delhi’s commitment to animal welfare.

Chaired a comprehensive review meeting of @MCD_Delhi today to assess key civic priorities across the Capital, including solid waste management, prevention of waterlogging, and measures to curb vector-borne diseases during the monsoon.

We also reviewed toll gate-related traffic congestion and directed officials to examine the successful Indore model for implementation as a pilot in one MCD zone. The meeting further assessed the progress of the PM-UDAY Scheme, the road resurfacing plan, and the need for dedicated road safety audits across the city.

Emphasised that every MCD officer must remain vigilant, proactive, and accountable in delivering efficient civic services. A cleaner, safer, and more resilient Delhi can only be achieved through timely execution and a strong sense of responsibility.
