@AppraiserNft@allen_drewe@PavlisB@andrewfenton@camiinthisthang To be fair, most folks on here don't really understand it, they just parrot other people's points (like you said). But what's worse is anti-crypto people who argue like they know what they are talking about against someone who also doesn't know a lot but is pro-crypro
@allen_drewe@PavlisB@AppraiserNft@andrewfenton@camiinthisthang Man this reeks of someone who has no odea what they're talking about. Bitcoin's network isn't software. It's a protocol. Like HTTPS
Random number of keys? You mean cryptography? It's what keeps your personal data safe
And the dollar isn't tied to anything either babe
@DefiManic@Emmykingsok@TajoCrypto@kris The bank will be slowing you down rather than https://t.co/8F00E5KxQl (another reason why crypto is superior).
Bank will have weekend backlog and will need to OK your transfer themselves
@Suedous@AlessandroOtt17@AmaranthineSin You should try reading. It's a nice long document with lots of information you should understand before getting into another discussion around scams and regulations in the crypro market
@Suedous@AlessandroOtt17@AmaranthineSin Ok so just to be clear; you don't understand what a ponzi scheme is and just decided to parrot the phrase instead of properly understanding what it actually is, summarising your understanding simply as "fraud"?
what you just said isn't fraud. That's how a CEX works 🙃
@gabrielguita_@Suedous@AlessandroOtt17@AmaranthineSin Yeah exactly. That's not what crypto scams are.
Most have a select number of people who own enormous amounts of the token. They then convince people to buy it to pump the price up. This trend continues until the whales dump the coin.
That's not a ponzi scheme
@vannguy77575877 @kryptospicker @kris Considering https://t.co/nQf2CXH792's transparency and huge financial regulatory backing (better than binance). I would say that compared to some CEXs https://t.co/8F00E62H4t is pretty decent
@Suedous@AlessandroOtt17@AmaranthineSin People use this phrase too often. You should understand what a ponzi scheme is before using that term to describe a cryptocurrency. Otherwise you just look like an idiot.
Do you mean Pyramid scheme?
@BryanSwink@FlashGo77 I once did a bitcoin transaction through binance that took 5 hours. There's a lot of movement just now. I wouldn't be too concerned
@celticbhoy1992 As you should! Like I said, the citation is from the US department of Defence Fiscal report, so it's what is called a 'Primary Source' of information.
Fact-based sources that utilise statistics and figures require primary sources to back them up 🙂
