BREAKING: Republican Liz Cheney releases a BRUTAL attack ad against Donald Trump, calling him a "a risk America can never take again" in a video that is sure to infuriate the disgraced former president.

She points out that he is the "only president in American history" to refuse the "peaceful transition of power" and he "betrayed millions of Americans" by spreading the Big Lie after Joe Biden defeated him in 2020.

FACTS: He turned down the opportunity to testify. He had a defense team.

JUST IN: New York Supreme Court Justice Robert R. Reed TOSSED Donald Trump's lawsuit against the New York Times for a supposed “insidious plot” to find and publish his taxes.

In a humiliating blow to Donald, the judge explicitly stated that the NYT's reporting was “the very core of protected First Amendment activity.”

Worse, he said Donald FAILED to show any wrong doing whatsoever by theTimes or their reporters Susanne Craig, Russell Buettner, and David Barstow.

AND Donald now must pay ALL of NYT's legal fees.
