@VolvoCarUSA On my 4th Volvo and trying to charge me for a paint defect that can't be seen with the naked eye. Can only be measured with some handheld device and telling me it is "orange peel." What does that even mean and how could you charge for something that cannot be seen?

@CITBank Why do you decline mobile deposits of checks sent by a bank throigh Bill Pay? Stating something about not accepting computer produced checks. You all are the only bank that doesn't accept them!!!

@CITBank Why is it that you are the ONLY bank that does not allow mobile check deposit for anything, but a handwritten check? Extremely inconvenient having to keep my old account open in order to deposit and then transfer money to CIT with every check!

@QuickBooks Payments is a mess! Bank stops ACH for security check. Client fixes but now QB denies all payments from him. Not just original ACH acct, but any ACH acct. 5 hours with support nothing they can do, but suggest CC payment where they collect $100+ fee rather than $1 fee.
