My accountant I pay a lot of money every month just replied to a question I sent him with a 100% AI reply explaining something
The answer was helpful though so I could've just asked AI myself
Of course you know what I'm thinking now, if I can just ask AI everything since he is forwarding everything to AI any way, why not replace him with AI
I guess he should be doing the opposite of AI, sell a premium service for a high price (he already does) and keep answering with humans as accounting is something I'd prefer to actually get a human in the loop
Anyway it's interesting
Elon Musk was asked by an interviewer what he would tell a young person who wants to change the world.
He said "suffer."
Then he paused. Then he explained. He said the people who change the world are not the ones with the best ideas or the most money or the highest IQ. They are the ones with the highest tolerance for suffering. Because changing the world requires years of being told you're wrong, watching your money disappear, losing relationships, sacrificing health, and waking up every morning to do it again while most rational people would have stopped.
He said every young person he meets who wants to change the world wants the result. Nobody wants the process. The process is suffering. Extended, unromantic, lonely suffering that produces no visible results for years before anything works.
He said if someone hears "suffer" and their immediate response is to look for a more comfortable path, they've already answered the question of whether they'll change the world. They won't. Not because they're incapable. Because they're unwilling to pay the price. And the price is always suffering.
The audience wanted inspiration. He gave them a filter. One word that separates the people who will actually do something from the people who will spend their lives talking about doing something.
Most motivational advice makes people feel good. His made people feel uncomfortable. The discomfort was the point. If the word "suffer" makes you want to leave the room, leave the room. The door is there for a reason.
@elonmusk I engaged a supposed lawyer, and she sent me AI generated responses.. Clearly and immediately, I told her very strictly that I didn't pay for that and she should cut the crap!
The unpredictable nature of life and its constant problems makes life very interesting.. I like life.. I really really like life.. Keep it coming... ๐ฅฒ
