Even with cow/calf producer’s receiving better prices they do not even come close to the market price increases you are paying at the grocery stores. That is the reason someone should look into it. As much as i want the federal government out of everything there is no way 900,000 independent cow/calf producers can dictate prices to the 4 big packers.
