Brian Babin

Proudly serving #TX36 residents in Congress. Chairman of @housescience, Border Security Caucus Co-Chair, and @TransportGOP member.

[Brian Babin @RepBrianBabin]

🚨 I just introduced the Birthright Citizenship Act! This bill will build on President Trump’s executive order and codify these critical reforms into law.

It’s time to END the exploitation of loopholes in our immigration system.

The empty promises of Democrats will always leave you paying more for less, and “Medicare for All” is no different.

America cannot afford to ignore the warning signs coming out of France.

President Trump was the first president in modern history to secure our border, and leftists want to open our country right back up to chaos.

We MUST learn from France.

[Rep. Keith Self @RepKeithSelf]

The chaos in France will come to America if mass migration is not stopped! https://t.co/aCBH7vuBgZ

[Brian Babin @RepBrianBabin]

France is burning. This is what open borders, radical Islam, and leftist policies get you.

America, WAKE UP! We MUST learn from what is happening abroad or we will be next.

Today, I’m proud to join @VP in pledging to fight fraud.

The days of scamming Americans out of hard-earned dollars are over, and the @WHFraudTF is working to protect taxpayers and hold fraudsters accountable.

Today, we celebrate Christopher Columbus and his discoveries that opened the door to the Western Hemisphere. May his spirit of exploration live on in Americans for generations as we continue to innovate, advance, and push the boundaries of what we thought possible.

[House Science Committee @housescience]

America is entering a New Golden Age of Science.

These announcements from the Trump Administration represent more than $6 billion in investments across government, industry, academia, and philanthropy to accelerate scientific discovery, expand access to Super Intelligence, strengthen STEM talent, and pursue ambitious national missions.

The United States must lead the next era of scientific and technological innovation.

Congratulations to @NASA and @SpaceX on a successful splashdown!

The research and scientific investigations conducted by Crew-12 bring us one step closer to returning to the Moon and ultimately reaching Mars.

Three years ago today, Hamas terrorists brutally slaughtered innocent Israeli men, women, and children and dragged others into captivity.

As Israel continues to defend its people, I remain committed to ensuring it has the resources to do so. We remember those lost. We remember the hostages. We will never forget October 7.

I was honored to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the opening of the Allan Shivers Library in Woodville.

Serving Texas as a state senator, lieutenant governor, and governor, Mr. Shivers’ legacy extended far beyond Woodville and will continue to make an impact for generations to come.

Border crackdowns work.
Taking down drug cartels works.
Arresting illegal drug traffickers works.

And because of it, American lives are being saved.

[Brian Babin @RepBrianBabin]

Taxpayer dollars should advance the freedom of Americans, not a radical leftist ideology.

Earlier this year, I was proud to cosponsor my friend @RepArrington’s Title IX Clarification Act of 2026. The ability for our daughters and granddaughters to compete fairly will always be worth defending.

[Rep. Jodey Arrington @RepArrington]

Nearly 80% of Americans oppose males competing in women’s sports. Congress has a responsibility to our daughters to turn that overwhelming consensus into a lasting federal standard.

Read my latest @DailyCaller opinion on my Title IX Clarification Act.

2.6 million lives. That’s the number of people @LozierInstitute estimates are alive today because the Hyde Amendment passed 50 years ago.

Life is sacred, and I will always fight to protect it.

[Brian Babin @RepBrianBabin]

Thank you to @AirportsHouston for an outstanding tour of @HobbyAirport, which has once again been named the only 5-star-rated and cleanest airport in North America!

Caught a bandit in my barn this morning. Mean little socialist.

Showed up uninvited, took everything he could carry, and still expected free housing.

[Brian Babin @RepBrianBabin]

Energy independence starts with American energy.

Honored to earn a 100% from @AEA. I’ll keep fighting to unleash American energy, create economic opportunity, and get Washington out of the way.

The longer our courts refuse to uphold the laws that protect Americans, the faster our democracy declines.

This is a major development and a critical step forward for our national security. Thank you, President Trump, for securing this historic agreement!
