@IRCTCofficial While trying to reset password, I encountered a critical bug of high severity in your mobile application. The user is asked to enter username however it is made as number only field and allow to enter OTP. I deserve a bounty it seems.

@aubankindia I haven't seen such unprofessional representative at any bank. Raised my concern with Mr Prashant Kasliwal (Rajasthan Grievance Manager) and his attitude seems to be off. As per him at 10.30Am he was not working and was not available to resolve people issues #RBI
